What is included in the rental price?
The vehicle, fuel, helmet and goggles, a safety briefing and an instructor-led ride are included. Buggy rides also come with free sandboarding, a short camel ride, bottled water and photo stops.
How many people fit in one buggy?
A 2-seater carries 2 people and a 4-seater carries up to 4. Each buggy is booked per vehicle, so a family of four can share one 4-seater.
What time is hotel pickup for the safari?
Evening and camp packages are picked up from about 2:30 PM and dropped back at about 9:30 PM. Hotel or home pickup and drop-off for ride-only bookings is an optional add-on at AED 350.
How do I book?
Add your rides to the cart, pick a date and time for each, then send the whole request to us on WhatsApp. We confirm the time, pickup point and total with you directly. You can also message or call us any time, we are open 24/7.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 96 hours before departure and there is no cancellation fee. Between 96 and 72 hours it is 50%, and inside 24 hours it is 100%. Full details are on the refund policy page.
Is there something for kids?
Yes: a 90CC kids quad bike and a 2-seater Polaris RZR 200CC buggy for kids. Tell us the rider's age when you book and we will match the right vehicle.
